Alorance Rewards App Terms

1. Enrollment in the Rewards App

Purchases made through Alorance include enrollment in the Alorance Rewards App (the “Rewards App”). By completing a purchase that includes the Rewards App at checkout and agreeing to our Terms of Service, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• your order includes enrollment in the Rewards App;
• your membership starts with a 28-day introductory period beginning on the date of your order, with no charge for the Rewards App during it;
• unless you cancel before the end of the introductory period, your payment method will be charged $29.99 on the 28th day after your order, and every 28 days thereafter, until you cancel;
• you have access to the Rewards App (members-only savings on hotels and travel, car rental, theme parks and attractions, movie, concert and sports tickets, and shopping and dining) while your membership is active;
• you may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee, online using the channels in Section 5;
• you are responsible for tracking the end of your introductory period and your renewal dates and for canceling before any charge you do not wish to incur.

The material terms of the membership (the introductory period, the recurring price, the billing frequency, automatic renewal, its benefits and how to cancel) are disclosed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Completing a purchase that includes the Rewards App at checkout constitutes your express, informed and affirmative consent to the membership and to the recurring charges described here. An order whose checkout does not include the Rewards App does not enroll you.

2. The introductory period

Every new member receives a 28-day introductory period beginning on the date of the order. During it you have full access to the Rewards App at no cost. If you cancel before it ends, you will not be charged the membership fee. If you do not cancel, your membership renews automatically and your payment method on file is charged $29.99 on day 28.

3. Recurring billing and payment authorization

Unless canceled before the end of the introductory period, your membership renews automatically every 28 days at $29.99 USD until you cancel. By enrolling you authorize Alorance and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provided at checkout (or another payment method you have on file) for the recurring membership fee; to continue charging it every 28 days until you cancel in accordance with Section 5; and to use updated card details supplied by your card issuer (for example through Visa Account Updater or Mastercard Automatic Billing Updater) so that your membership stays active across card replacements. Charges appear on your statement under a descriptor that includes Alorance or another descriptor disclosed at checkout or in your order confirmation. If a charge is declined we may retry the same or another payment method on file for up to 30 days; if we cannot bill you, your membership and its access may be suspended or ended.

4. What the Rewards App includes

• A digital rewards membership tied to the e-mail address you ordered with.
• Members-only savings on hotels and travel, car rental, theme parks and attractions, and movie, concert and sports tickets.
• Members-only shopping and dining deals.

Access is available only while your membership is active. Specific content, offers and features may change at our discretion.

5. How to cancel

You may cancel the Rewards App at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee, through either of these channels:

Your cancellation takes effect when you submit it: no further renewal is charged. Canceling does not retroactively reverse charges already incurred, except where required by law or where we choose to issue a courtesy refund (Section 6). You do not need to give a reason, speak with a retention agent, or take any step beyond submitting your cancellation through one of the channels above. To cancel online, enter the e-mail address you used for your order and the details the page asks for.

6. Refunds for membership charges

If you believe you were charged in error, did not intend to enroll, or experienced an issue you believe entitles you to a refund, contact us promptly at shop@alorance.com. We review every request individually and provide refunds where warranted by the circumstances or required by law. You also retain any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, including the right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.

7. Price and term changes

We may change the recurring membership price, billing interval or other material membership terms. If we do, active members receive notice by e-mail at least 30 days before the change takes effect; the notice describes the change and its effective date; you may cancel before the effective date to avoid the new terms; and a continued membership after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership, with or without notice, if your payment method is declined and cannot be re-billed within 30 days, if you violate our Terms of Service or these Rewards App Terms, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we discontinue the program in whole or in part. If we terminate without cause we will give reasonable advance notice and may, at our discretion, refund prepaid amounts pro rata.

9. Electronic communications

By enrolling you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including order confirmations, billing receipts, cancellation confirmations and notices of changes to these terms, and you agree that such electronic communications satisfy any requirement that they be in writing. Alorance is not required to send a reminder before each $29.99 renewal charge; the 28-day introductory period and the cancellation channels in Section 5 are your opportunity to cancel before billing.

10. Relationship to our Terms of Service

These Rewards App Terms are part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. If these Rewards App Terms and the Terms of Service conflict regarding the membership, the more specific provisions here control. Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
